Individual Therapy

Individual therapy begins with an intake session, where you will be given an opportunity to provide background details related to yourself and the reasons you are seeking therapy. Next, therapeutic goals will be discussed for our work together. We decide these goals collaboratively and identify a realistic timeline to getting to where you want to be. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length, occurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Throughout the course of therapy, we periodically and collaboratively review progress toward your goals and adjust them as necessary.

In compliance with the recommendations of all levels of government and health care professionals regarding the current necessity for social distancing, I currently offer tele-therapy (online) sessions exclusively.

I can provide supervision to graduate students and individuals pursuing licensure. During supervision we will work together on case conceptualization along with treatment planning and delivery. We will also address clinician-related issues that arise in the therapeutic process to help you understand your role within the therapeutic relationship and the resulting clinical implications.
